Brilliant Customer Service

The necklace was only small discs of colour no variety in size or shape. No flower shapes.
UPDATE - Within a couple of hours I was contacted by Carole who let me know there was a shipping mistake and I had received the wrong item which she apologised for and sent out the correct order. She could not be more responsive and prompt at sorting this out. Impressive customer service and care. I would absolutely order from here again. Customer service is key and mistakes can happen so you want it remedied quickly and without fuss for you. This company is spot on.
